Photographer and researcher Claudius Schulze’s work is concerned with humanities’ deficits and the global changes of the Anthropocene. Recently, he’s been engaged with the picturesque nature of natural catastrophes in the face of global warming.
A self-professed dinner table radical, he prefers subtlety and disguised symbolism in his photography. Claudius studied Political Sciences and Islamic Studies and earned a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at SU Istanbul before starting out as a photographer. He has worked and travelled in over 50 countries
